CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY
Buyers who provide written notification of cancelation within three business days of making a deposit but not less than 60 days prior the first day of training, (see below) are entitled to a full refund of all tuition and fees paid, less books, shipping fees, and a cancellation fee of $150 to cover administrative expenses. Buyers shall be entitled to a similar refund in the event that we discontinue the course/program prior to the start of training.
Prior to 60 days
Buyers who provide written notification of cancelation at least 60 days before the first day of training will receive a full refund less the cost of applicable training materials and shipping costs.
Within 60 days
Buyers who provide written notification of cancellation within 60 days of the first day of training may be subject to the following cancellation fees:
- 100% of simulator equipment rental fees
- 100% of non-refundable instructor travel, instructor per diem, hotel and car rental
- 100% of non-refundable books and manuals including shipping fees

Flight Training International, Inc. is committed to fair information practices. We respect the privacy and security of our users. Our goal is to provide you with a personalized Internet experience that delivers information, resources, and services that are relevant and helpful. In order to achieve this goal, we sometimes collect information during your visits to understand what differentiates you from other users. Web server logs: When you visit our Web sites, we may track information to administer the site and analyze its usage. Examples of information we may track include:

Personal information users give us
On some of our Web sites, visitors can register to purchase products or services, receive personalized content and participate in surveys. If you purchase by credit card, this information may be forwarded to your credit card provider. Credit Card information is NOT stored on our systems.
If you purchase training, FTI is required to share some information with other businesses such as simulator facility owners and with training providers. These companies will need to access personal data in order to provide facility access, security clearances and documentation of training. For other types of registrations, we will ask for your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number. We may then contact you with information about other products and services.
Finally, you may be asked to disclose personal information to us so that we can provide assistance and information to you. For example, we may collect personal information from you (such as an e-mail address, system information and problem descriptions) in order to provide online technical support and troubleshooting.
Cookies
We use technical security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. Our Web sites use cookies (i.e., small bits of text that our servers place into a file on your computer's hard drive). This is used to maintain your session while logged into your account, and provide personalized functionality. This information is used to close your session after a period of inactivity to protect your privacy. You can reject cookies by changing your browser settings, but be aware that this will disable some of the functionality on this website.
Information about subscribers and their usage is maintained in a secure environment. This information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not disclose any information about any subscriber's usage of our website, except as required by law.
